River City Youth

Our mission is to create opportunities for youth enrichment in their neighborhood through community engagement, job training, and education. We envision a diverse community of empowered, skilled, and 
capable youth working to strengthen their local environment. River City Youth is a community-based nonprofit that creates opportunities for young people through hands-on job training, community engagement, and education. Our programs include paid agriculture internships where youth grow and share food, the West Central Bike Bus that teaches bike safety and sustainable transportation, and outdoor adventure clubs that connect kids to nature and healthy activities. We also offer career readiness workshops, cooking classes, and leadership opportunities that help youth build confidence and transferable skills. Together, these programs equip young people to thrive in their community today and prepare them for success in the future.
