After a series of fairly intense programs, now is the time - to quote Monty Python – “for something completely different .” This new direction is all about our members.
This go-round we’re going to hear from three members of varied backgrounds -
Beth Hodgson (1997) CEO of Spring Environmental - a company that simplifies environmental and safety compliance. If she doesn’t get to it in her presentation…please ask Beth about the Haswoper Challenge…
Chonchol Gupta ( 2019) CEO of Rebirth Analytics - which despite the name is not re-animation (though that would also be cool) but instead financial analytics and analysis. And this is the cool part – his company is registered as a trade secret – seriously….
And last but not least, the Gorilla of my dreams – past Rotary 21 President Ira Amstadter (2002) CEO of Express Employment Professionals. When he’s not monkeying around Spokane, Ira and his team at Express have been amongst the leaders in helping people find jobs and helping them find the right jobs - including our interim Executive Director, Diana Picone.
Of all the programs we do, these are my favorites -
- We get to highlight the cool/smart/interesting people in our club,
- The above cool/smart/interesting people have the opportunity to brag on the good work they do;
- And the aforementioned cool/smart/interesting members of the club might find new clients/ customers as a result.
But the best part is getting to know them all better…and in the end, that makes us all better Rotarians and a better Rotary 21.
