important announcement from Past President Paul Viren.

I’ll see you “in person” for the debate this week and back here next week.

Membership Drive!

It’s that special time of year where we dedicate this month to outstanding members of our community. One lucky new member who is invited to join our club will have their Rotary dues paid for their first Rotary year.

Do you know someone you think would be great for Rotary Club 21? Here's how to participate in the Membership Drive:

Step One: Invite them to a meeting! Email the Rotary office to let Jenna know you have a guest to introduce and show them what Rotary is all about. Please include their email address for the drawing. This email address is what will be used for the drawing after October 22nd!

Step Two: Help them apply. CLICK HERE for a New Member application. These applications can also be found on www.rotaryspokane.com

Step Three: Help them submit their application before October 22nd.

Step Four: Once all applying members have been vetted and approved for membership per club guidelines - one new member will be chosen at random to have their dues covered for their first year of membership!*

When you register that you're bringing a guest with the Rotary office the membership development committee folks might show up on your doorstep with some other fun swag, etc.

Rotarians will get a chance for some fun Zag swag with every guest that they bring to a meeting during the month of
MEMBERSHIP ZOOMAGEDEN!

Have Questions? CLICK HERE to contact the Membership Development Chair.

*Sponsoring member will be responsible for paying half of the new Rotarians dues if they should exit or leave the club prior to completing their first year.

Paul Harris Fellow

Congratulations to James Johnson on his 4th Paul Harris Fellow!

While our club has contributed to Global Grants other clubs have sponsored, we haven’t been the lead international sponsoring club on a Global Grant in at least 15 years. Because of Jim’s leadership in taking our Interact kids to Ecuador last summer and helping us to connect with the Bahia de Caraquez Rotary Club, we are the lead international sponsor on a water system project later this year!

Facebook Post Challenge

Your favorite fellowship moment!

 Thank you for participating.
The winner is Kevin Berkompas of a

The Facebook Post Challenge will return in two weeks.
