One of my favorite things about our Rotary story is when I see the results of our contributions. This week we got good news from Rotary International saying our Global Grant is being funded for the Kisimas water project in Kenya. Cindy Guthrie Tripp sent a photo of the bike below which we were able to purchase for a young man with disabilities. This list goes on and on.
We can’t provide these investments in the lives of people in Spokane and around the world without the contributions to RCS. Right now, we’re hovering around a third of our goal which is $120,000. If you have not yet given your contribution, please do.
We're looking for Rotary Youth Exchange host families for the 2025-2026 school year for any SPSD high school except Lewis & Clark. We also can host for the Mead School District.
If you or someone you know is interested in hosting an exchange student for 5 months, please contact Jim Johnson
