PO Box 1117
Spokane, WA 99210 Dear Jim,
Thank you for your thoughtful gift of $15,000 .00 . I am consistently overwhelmed with gratitude for people like
you who choose to help end hunger in our community. Because of you, thousands of people in Eastern Washington and North Idaho have a place to turn when they need food-a local food pantry, meal site or a nearby Mobile Market.
Your gift helps people like Janine. Janine's life changed drastically when an accident forced her to give up her business. Now on a much tighter budget , she goes to a Second Harvest partner food pantry for food assistance. It gives her peace of mind to know that she' ll get healthy food she  can make meal s with there. " When  I' m eating right, I feel better. I don' t get down as much. I have things to look forward  to.  I' m able to plan  my breakfast, and my lunch , and my dinner, and my little snack s in between. It just rounds everyt hi ng out, and it ' s good to go to bed with a full sto mac h. It ' s great. I really appreciate the food bank."
Your gift is the difference between an empty plate and a full one. Each dollar you gave provides food for five meals for hungry people like Janine. Thanks to you, hung ry children, families and seniors in your
co mmun ity will get enough to eat tonight.
Thank you for being on the front li nes of getting food to where ifs needed most.

Dear Friends,
Your recent gift to Gonzaga University is especially appreciated. It goes without saying that these are challenging and unprecedented days-to know that you care so deeply for others in our community is both heartwarming and reassuring. Thank you for Rotary Community Service's generous donation to the Rotary Grant for Campus Kitchens Community Garden Project. Although we are navigating through challenging times, you are making a solid difference in this community for the students who are committed to making meaningful change in our world. Your gift will make a tremendous difference in many ways.
While this time is usually filled with celebrations and gatherings, the Gonzaga community is not mourning what might have been.  Instead, we are focused  on how to make the  present impactful while maintaining a keen eye toward the future-whatever that may become.
Graduates among Gonzaga's Class of 2020 have still earned their degrees through a uniquely Jesuit experience and will be celebrated when it is safe to come together again. What's more, they completed their studies during a global pandemic, which makes the accomplishment even more outstanding. For students continuing on, this past semester will become an important piece of their history, just as it will be for all of Gonzaga University. For these reasons and many others, your support means more in this moment than you'll ever know. Thank you for being such a blessing.
Together, we will pave the way to a bright future-one in which we can reflect on these moments with gratitude and pride. Because you believe in our work and have been so generous during this uncertain time, Gonzaga University and the communities we serve will continue to inspire. Thank you for showing your care in this way.

Dear Rotary Community Service, INC,
Thank you so much for your gift of $3,500 to Big Brothers Big Sisters. We really appreciate your support!
Your gift will support matching, training and supporting these matches, as well as continuing to recruit new Bigs and make new matches for the children currently on our waiting list. Having a Big in the life of a child facing adversity really makes a huge positive impact.
Without the support of donors like you Big Brothers Big Sisters could not do the people intensive work necessary to recruit Bigs, ensure child safety and make and nurture matches that last, grow and really empower the potential of the Littles we serve. Every gift brings us closer to our goal of no child on the waiting list for a Big Brother or Big Sister. We are very excited to have you as a part of this effort and together we know we will be successful in reaching our goal of increasing the number of children we serve. Thank you again for your support!

Dear Marie,
Most of us could never have imagined that our lives would look like they do t oday. This is a challenging time and we are all feeling incredibly stretched as we attempt to live differently. But the reality is that many of us are not wondering how we'll feed our children or pay our rent or if we'll even have jobs to go back to when this ends.
Those who work in the restaurant and hospitality industry are wondering these very things. Their livelihoods were shattered as restaurants and hotels either shut down or eliminated most employeesovernight. But YOU saw their need and you did something about it by giving to Big Table -THANK YOU!
We haveused you, donation to prioritize housing and food security for our care recipients and it is_m aking a HUGE
"Thank you so, so, so much!  I can't even explain how much this means to  me! You are doing  so much for me. I REALLY appreciate all the help and am so grateful for you guys. Please let me know if there is anything at all that I can do to help Big Table." - Saumya, Barista
"God bless you and my employer for thinking of me. God Bless your family and your work. I ca n ' t wait for this to all be over so I can get back to work and take care of our customers."
- Eduardo, Prep Cook
It's AMAZING how generosity and care multiplies when a community comes together.
"I would personally like to take $350 off her rent. Please do not send me a check but use that money for someone else who could use it."
