Katy Reeves Performing Arts Scholarship

The Katy Reeves Performing Arts Scholarship (the “Scholarship”) was established in 2004 by Jack and Carol Reeves in memory of their daughter Katy, who died tragically in 2003, together with funds raised by the Keith Clifton Family.
Funds are donated to the Spokane Rotary Foundation and are intended to fund the Katy Reeves Performing Arts Scholarship. The Scholarship is to provide funds to worthy applicants for post-secondary education in dance, music (voice or instrumental) or theater.
The Scholarship is administered by the Vocational Service Committee of The Rotary Club of Spokane #21 (“VSC”). The Scholarship is intended to provide assistance to ANY applicant the VSC deems worthy through the application and qualification process.
Applications will be distributed through regional dance studios, local area theaters, and area high schools (both public and private).
Approximately five (5) percent of the value of the fund will be awarded in a given year.

Funds for the 2021 year currently support up to four (4) Scholarships at a minimum of $1,000 per scholarship.  A $750.00 - $1,000.00 scholarship is typical of those awarded to high school seniors through VSC.
