The Rotary Club 21 Board of Directors requests an update to our currently written bylaws from its membership.
 
Current ByLaw:
 
Qualifications for Nomination: To be qualified for nomination to the position of Director one must be a member in good standing and be or previously have been a committee chair or co-chair. To be qualified for an Officer position, one must be a member in good standing and be or previously have been a Director
 
Proposed ByLaw:
 
Qualifications for Nomination: To be qualified for nomination to the position of Director, one must be a member in good standing and be or previously have been a committee chair or co-chair.  To be qualified for the position of President, President-Elect, and Vice President, one must be a member in good standing and be or have been a Director. To be qualified for the Treasurer/Secretary position, one must be a member in good standing and have a background in accounting and/or finance or other relevant experience and have such other qualifications as may be determined by the Nominating Committee.
