Rotary Community Service, Incorporated (RCS, Inc.) is the 501c3 entity of the Rotary Club of Spokane. RCS, Inc. is funded by donations from supporters of RCS, Inc, members of the Rotary Club of Spokane 21, and the Spokane Rotary Foundation.  The mission of Rotary Community Service, Inc., (RCS, Inc.) is to further the positive development of people as well as a wide range of community and international projects. RCS, Inc. activities shall emphasize those of all ages who have special needs because they are disadvantaged or disabled.

Funds from RCS, Inc. are spent through the various committees of the club providing goods and services to the disabled, youth, civic organizations, and others in our community with needs. Dollars spent through RCS, Inc. are often multiplied by three due to matching grants, in-kind donations of goods and services, and discounts from vendors. RCS, Inc. also provides funding for international projects including a Youth Exchange program and various Health, Hunger, and Humanitarian projects. Most Committees use their limited resources to support the greatest number of worthy endeavors and, therefore, tend to award grants under $2000.
Exceptions may apply when funding is available.
